やはり哲学は重要です！
経営の勉強で、名著「知識創造企業」（野中郁次郎ら著）を読みました。
まだ最初の方しか読んでいませんが、知識とは何か？について哲学者の論考が書かれていました。
古代ギリシャのプラトンやアリストテレスに始まり、イギリス経験論、大陸合理論、ドイツ観念論などなど知識に対する哲学者の考え方が書いてありました。
まさか、この本にこんなことが書かれているとは思いませんでしたが、書いてある哲学の内容は非常に専門的であり、結構難解です。
もともとは、有名なSECIモデルが気になって本を買いましたが、哲学者の論考が書かれていることには驚きました。
しかし、やっぱり哲学は改めて大事だと思いました。
知識創造企業というタイトルにおいて、そもそも知識とは何か？について最初に根本的なことを論じること自体がすでに哲学ですね。
確かに知識といっても、人によってイメージというか定義がけっこう異なっているんじゃないかと感じます。人によっては、例えばインターネットにのっている情報がイコール知識と思っている人もいるかもしれません。
ちなみに、私は情報はあくまで情報であって知識ではないという考え方です。
情報に対して自分なりの思考が加わって、そこから出てくるアウトプットが知識と思っています。
インターネットに乗っている情報をそのまま人に伝えても、はっきりいってほとんど価値がないと思っています。なぜなら、皆知ってることだからです。
価値の大事な要素の一つに、希少性があるからです。
この場合、希少性を生み出すのは自分なりの思考です。
ようするに知的生産ですね。
話が少しそれてしまいましたが、やっぱり哲学って大事だと感じます。特にこれからのAI時代は人間ならではのアウトプットがより希少性を増します。
生成AIに聞いたこと（調べたこと）は、先ほどと同じで価値はほとんどないですよね。
自分なりの思考には、哲学的な思考が欠かせないと思います。
それにしても「知識創造企業」に書いてある哲学者の論考はけっこう難しいですので、（特にヘーゲルとか・・・）哲学書で復習して、調べながら読むことにします。
