仕事力を上げる方法～考える力をつける～
考える力は仕事力を上げるためには必須
仕事力を上げる方法は色々あります。知識をつける、経験する、コミュニケーション力をつけるなどです。
仕事がなかなか出来るようになりません。ミスが多いんです。臨機応変に対応できません。という人がいますが、このような人には共通する事実があります。
それは「考える力」が不足しているということです。さらに具体的に言えば、指示待ち・マニュアル通りしかやらない・言われたこと以外はやらないという仕事の仕方です。
このような仕事の仕方が悪いとか、間違っているという話ではありません。
しかし、これは断言出来ますが、このような仕事をしていては仕事力は絶対に上がっていきません。
なぜなら、「自分で考える」という成長には欠かせないことをほとんどやっていないからです。
自分で考えなくても生きていける世の中
日本は豊かで、色々なものがよく整備されています。しかも、近年はだれでも手軽に生活に必要な情報が簡単に手に入ります。
このような社会はとても便利ですが、自分であまり考えなくても生きていける世の中とも言えます。
学校に行けば決められたカリキュラムがあり、先生がいてルールがあります。社会に出ても法や一般的なルールが整備されています。就職しても、その職場のルールやマニュアルが整備されています。分からないことは、スマホで調べれば最低限のことはすぐに分かります。
仕事はルールやマニュアル、上司や先輩や言う事に従っていれば成り立ちます。最初は誰でもこのようにして仕事を覚えます。しかし、このような仕事は主体性がなく、想定外の出来事が起きたり、マニュアルに書いていないことが起きれば、対応出来ません。
仕事とはそういうもので、何が起きるのか分かりませんし、完璧なマニュアルなど存在しません。
主体性のない仕事は、どこかの段階で脱却しなければいけません。続けていても、仕事力が上がることは決してないでしょう。
世の中に正解はない
日本は学力社会なので、学生は点数で優劣の判断がされてしまいます。
学生時代は正解（テスト）があり、正解を正しく出すことができれば優秀です。テストとは与えられた条件下で正しく正解を出す力です。
しかし、社会に出てみると世の中には正解がないことに気づきます。これさえやれば仕事は必ずうまくいく。これをやれば必ずお金が儲かる。成功者と同じことをやれば成功者になれる。
このような正解はありません！
よく、仕事の事などで相談される時に感じるのは、世の中には正解があると思っていて、正解を欲しがっているということです。繰り返しますが、物理の法則などを除いて、正解はありません。
では、どうするのかという話になりますが、正解はなくても、最適な答えを出す必要があります。そのためには「考える力」が必要となります。
考える力がますます重要な社会
一昔前は、情報社会ではなく、沢山のことを記憶していることが武器になりました。
しかし、情報社会である近年は記憶力は武器になりません。仕事はテストとは違ってカンニングが許されるからです。分からないことは、調べれはよいだけの話です。
大切なのは、知っていることや調べたことをどのように仕事に使っていくか、活かしていくか、応用していくかなどの能力です。これらは「考える力」が必要です。
また、AIの進歩はものすごく、一瞬で質問に答えたり文章を作ります。
しかし、AIには出来ないことも多々あります。例えば、相手のことを察したり、行間や文脈をよむ、読解力などです。これらは人間にしかできない知的な能力です。
決まったことを毎回正確にやるという仕事は、AIには得意中の得意なことです。つまり、言われたことやマニュアルに従うだけの仕事は、今後ますます価値を失っていきます。
仕事力を上げるためには
以上より、繰り返しになりますが、仕事力を上げるためには人間ならではの「考える力」を鍛えることが必須です。
考える力が上がれば、仕事力は何倍にも上がります！
考える力を上げるためには、能動的に考えたり、トレーニングが必要です。
考える力を上げる方法はいくつかありますが、おすすめは読書です。しかし、ただ本を読んだだけでは考える力は上がっていきません。
