・モチベーション：いわゆる人を動機づける要因です。

経済産業省が提唱しているもので、社会人基礎力があります。組織や社会の中で、働いていくために必要な基礎的な力のことです。具体的には「前に踏み出す力」・「考え抜く力」・「チームで働く力」の3つの能力とそれらを構成する12の能力要素から成り立っています。
実行力は「前に踏み出す力」に必要な能力要素の一つとされています。
