経営において、組織は言うまでもなく大変重要なものになります。組織がうまくいく、いかないかで経営の状況は大きく変わります。
組織はどうすればうまくいくのか？について学びたいために、最近組織論を勉強していますが、気づいたのは経営における組織について書かれた書籍は意外と少ないということです。
私が探せていないだけかもしれませんが、組織については経営学の一環として書いてあることもあります。
「組織学」で書籍を検索すると、人体における組織学（医学系）がヒットして、経営における組織に関してはヒットしませんでした笑
また組織論ではなく、組織行動論という分野の書籍はそれなりに出ていました。
個人的には、経営における組織論は非常に重要だと思っているので、もっと多くの書籍が出ていてもいいのではと感じます。
なぜなら、仕事とは突き詰めれば「人と人」と考えており、人が集まったものが組織だからです。
経営の問題も、結局は人の問題に突き当たると感じています。
ということで、組織について書かれた書籍を呼んでみようと思います。
