課題とはなにか
課題は問題を解決するために取り組むべきことです。
課題があるということは、必ず問題があります。そして問題は理想と現状のGAPから生じています。
これはいわゆるGAP法という考え方ですが、理想（あるべき姿）があるからこそ、問題だと認識されます。
課題の決め方
GAP法で考えていくと、課題の決め方は、大元の問題をしっかりと認識または」設定する➝そのためには理想がどのようなものなのかを決める必要があります。（もちろん現状の把握も必要となります。）
つまり、「理想の設定によって問題自体が変わってくる」ということになります。これはとても重要なことです。
問題が変われば当然課題も変わります。これまでは問題がないと思われていたことでも、新たな理想ができれば、新たに問題が発生することになります。
課題を設定する時は「これがだめ、あれが出来ていない。」をそのまま課題に設定することがあると思いますが、理想（目指すべき姿）が曖昧であったり、ぼやけてしまっていることがあります。
よって、なにか課題を決めるときには理想（目指すべき姿）を決めてから考えることがおすすめです。
これは課題に取り組むときのモチベーションにも関係してきます。
他人から与えられた課題に対してはモチベーションが上がらない事があります。しかし、自分で理想を描いて取り組んでいく方が主体的であり、やらされてる感も出ません。
注意点として、個人的課題は自分で理想を描けばよいですが、仕事や組織の場合は理念やビジョンなどとフィットしているのかを吟味することが重要です。
