以下講義内容から一部抜粋
「とりあえずお薬を出しておきます。ただし、この薬には有効性はありません。しかし副作用はあります。7割くらいに何らかの副作用が出現し、特に60～100人あたり1人に自殺関連行動が引き起こされます。衝動性が高まって暴力事件を引き起こすこともあります。もちろん突然死することもあります。他の薬と相性が悪く、併用することで双方の副作用がひどく現れる危険性があります。安全性は確かめておらず、劇薬指定です。ちなみに1錠100円以上します。」
あなたは、このような説明をされてもこの薬を服用したいと思いますか？
わざわざ金を払ってまで、効果がないのに命にかかわる副作用のリスクに身をさらしたいですか？
この薬とは、18歳未満のうつ病患者に対する抗うつ薬のことです。
パキシルに関しては、既に赤枠赤字の警告欄でこのような記載があります。
「海外で実施した7～18歳の大うつ病性障害患者を対象としたプラセボ対照試験において有効性が確認できなかったとの報告、また、自殺に関するリスクが増加するとの報告もあるので、本剤を18歳未満の大うつ病性障害患者に投与する際には適応を慎重に検討すること。」
もちろん、このような警告を完全に無視した投薬は普通になされています。
全くそのような事実が知らされないまま、普通に18歳未満に投与されています。
18歳未満に限って言えば、もはやこれは薬ではありません。
「本剤の投与にあたっては、リスクとベネフィットを考慮すること」とありますが、ベネフィットが見当たりません。
こういうのは毒と呼ぶに相応しいでしょう。
厚生労働省へ圧力をかけ、一時期禁忌扱いになっていた18歳未満への投与を解禁させた、日本児童青年精神医学会の罪は深いです。
